SOLUTION: A fixed portion 32 is covered with a cover 43, and a servomotor is fixed therein. The servomotor and a gear box 40a are arranged so that the center Q of a rotary shaft is arranged in parallel with the center P of a rotary shaft of a rotary portion 31. The rotary shaft of the servomotor and one rotary shaft member 34 are connected to each other through a link mechanism provided with a link plate 44 and a link rod 45. Namely, a base end of the link plate 44 is fixed to the rotary shaft of the servomotor, and both ends of the link rod 45 are connected to a tip of the link plate 44 and a peripheral edge of a rotary support member 34. Consequently, in case of normally or reversely rotating the servomotor, the link rod 45 is moved in the longitudinal direction, and the rotary portion 31 is rotated with the rotary support member 34 around the center P of the rotary shaft in a direction expressed with an arrow A, and the servomotor is controlled so as to reversely rotate the rotary portion 31 at 90 degree.
