PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide accuracy of a vehicle body and to provide rigidity. SOLUTION: A flat surface for supporting a suspension member is formed on the intersection between extending parts of an extension main body 21, and a bolt hole is provided. An inner side wall having an inner flange is erected on the inner edge of the extending part, and an outer front wall part an outer rear wall part are provided on the outer edge. The face-contact surface of a first reinforcement 22 is brought into surface-contact with the flat surface of the extension main body 21, and a through hole of the face-contact surface is matched to the bolt hole. The outer front wall part and the outer rear wall part of the extension main body 21 are connected to each other by a continuous wall erected on the face-contact surface. The facing surface of a second reinforcement 23 is arranged on the face-contact surface, and the through hole is matched to the through hole. A fixed flange of the facing surface is welded to a flange of the first reinforcement 22, and an inner fixed flange is welded to the inner flange.
