PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily hold a sheet or the like by laminating a resin plate having a holding part at least on a part of a surface side of a writing board. SOLUTION: A white layer 2 is provided on a base plate 1 made of a sheet- like soft magnetic plate or the like. Further, a hard coating film is adhered and laminated as a writing screen layer 3 onto the layer 2 to obtain a writing board 4. The board 4 is punched in a rectangular shape rounded at four corners by a die. A plate made of polypropylene or the like is punched at its outside in the same size as the board 4 by the die to form a holding part 7 at its lower left side, a resin plate 6 is formed, and adhered onto the board 4 by a double- sided tape 5. The part 7 is formed of an L-shaped slit 7a and a tongue piece part 7b of the plate 6. Since the part 7b is not directly adhered fixedly to the board 4, a memo sheet 8 or the like is inserted into a gap between the part 7b and the board 4 by utilizing an elasticity of the plate 6 and can be sandwiched therebetween.
