PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bent holder which is almost shaped like an angle bracket and has a memo paper engaging function in a part temporarily fitted with a wall surface and a function of laying a plurality of bodies or hanging them down through the intermediary of a string at a portion lifted from the wall surface. SOLUTION: This bent holder has a shape which is formed of a bent body- laying-holding part in the front and of a magnet part 2, a fall-preventing auxiliary magnet part 3, a joint part 4 bonding a plate and a magnet and a practically angle-bracket-shaped bent part 5 at the back and which makes a gap between the magnet part 2 and a wall surface part, making it possible to hold and engage memo paper and to lay a body in a lifted part, when the holder is fitted temporarily on a wall surface made of steel and when the upper part of the bent body-laying-holding part 1 is pressed in the direction A by the tip of a finger with the bent part 5 used as a fulcrum.
