PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a printing efficiency by a method wherein when an error in relation to a paper for a printer occurs, the other printing job which is not affected thereby is retrieved or generated, then the job is prioritized to be executed. SOLUTION: When an error of paper-out occurs (S23) and a paper is not supplied to a paper supplying inlet for a predetermined time period (S24, S25) during the execution of a spooled printing job, paper sizes of all of the papers set to the other paper supplying inlets in this printer are checked (S26). Whether there is a job for printing by a size of a paper which is set in the other paper supplying inlet is retrieved in the waiting printing jobs (S27). When the job is included, the printing condition of the printing job which is stopping is reserved (S28) and a printing job canceling command is transmitted (S29). Then, the retrieved printing job is prioritized with respect to the job interrupted because of the error of paper-out to be taken therefrom and transmitted to a printer.
