PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with all of the car height adjustment of a car body, the sudden forward bending of the car body, and the left/right floating/sinking of the car body. SOLUTION: An oil feeding pipe 15 is connected to the elongation operation chambers of two suspension cylinder devices 30 and 40 via elongation side pipes 31 and 41 having first opening/closing valve means 33 and 34. The elongation side pipes 31 and 41 are provided with second opening/closing valve means 34 and 44 shut off by increased pressure of the elongation operation chambers and contraction side pipes 32 and 42 connecting the elongation side pipes 31 and 41 with the other contraction side pipes are provided between the suspension cylinder devices 30 and 40. A car height change is adjusted by switching the opening/closing valve means 33, 43, 36 and 46, and thus the sudden forward bending of a car body 1 and the left/right floating/sinking of the car body are prevented.
