PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the generation of a noxious gas such as chloride during incineration treatment and improve the heat resistance of an adhesive layer by laminating a pictorial pattern printing layer, the adhesive layer and a transparent thermoplastic resin film sequentially on the upper face of a base material sheet and forming the adhesive layer of an ionizing radiation-curable resin. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet 1 is structured of a transparent thermoplastic resin film 5 laminated on a pictorial pattern printing layer 3 formed on the upper face of a base material sheet layer 2 through an adhesive layer 4 consisting of an ionizing radiation-curable resin. The ionizing radiation-curable resin to be used as the adhesive layer 4 is an ionizing radiation-curable composition composed of a proper mixture of prepolymer, oligomer and/or monomer with a polymerizable unsaturated bond or an epoxy group contained in a molecule. Thus it is possible to obtain a heat resistant adhesive strength which sufficiently copes with a heating temperature during fabrication such as lapping and minimize the generation of chloride during incineration treatment.
