<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing the subject sufficiently tasty drink using fruit juice as the main stock with shortened days needed for aging process or even without such aging process. SOLUTION: This method for producing the subject alcoholic drink using fruit juice as the main stock comprises the alcoholic fermentation of the fruit juice in the presence of an orchidaceous plant; wherein it is preferable that the plant belongs to the genus cymbidium, the pseudobulb portion thereof is used, and the amount of the plant to be used in the alcoholic fermentation is 0.5-10 wt.% based on the fermentation stock.</p> |
