SOLUTION: When pushing on a switch, an electric bulb 2 is blinked in the blinking direction 3, a direction indicator lamp is also blinked in a U-turn direction, and a wire is so laid that a voice saying 'turning to the right' or 'turning to the left' is issued from a voice alarm by interlocked with the blinking lamp. A similar sign is attached to the rear part of the vehicle in a position well looked from the rear front face.
