SOLUTION: This food and drink contains Tinospora tuberculata powder or its extract having a hypercholesterolemia improving action and an anti- inflammatory action in a shape of a tablet, granules, soft drink, etc. Although an amount contained in the soft drink as one of the food and drink is not restricted, when the content exceeds 7%, bitterness is strong and the soft drink is hardly ingested and when the content is below 1%, sufficient effect is not exhibited, then the soft drink containing 1-7% of the Tinospora tuberculata powder or its extract is provided to obtain an effective food and drink having still more the action. |
