PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the evaporation of ink by individually providing a film member for forming an atmosphere communicating path and a film member for sealing an atmosphere communicating hole until use. SOLUTION: A gas barrier type first film member 31 for forming an atmosphere communicating path 27 is attached undetachably on the outer surface of a lid part 20 so as to seal a ventilation hole and cover an atmosphere communicating groove 22. A gas barrier type second film member 32 for sealing an atmosphere communicating hole 23 is attached detachably on the upper surface of the lid part 20 with an interval with respect to the first film member 31. Accordingly, the atmosphere communicating hole 23 can be opened to the atmosphere. Furthermore, the atmosphere communicating path 27 is provided as a fine pipe having a length sufficient for restraining the evaporation of ink. In this case, the ink room of the unused device (cartridge) is connected with the atmosphere communicating hole 23 via the ventilation hole, the atmosphere communicating path 27, and an atmosphere connecting path 28. The atmosphere communicating hole 23 is sealed by the second film member 32. Accordingly, the evaporation of the ink in the cartridge can be prevented sufficiently. |
