PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural vinyl chloride resin film having excellent impact resistance at low temperatures and excellent resistance to break. SOLUTION: A vinyl chloride film is composed by mixing 30-60 pts.wt. plasticizer and 0.5-20 pts.wt. particles of acrylic elastic body composed of a polymer having an alkyl methacrylate as a main component, wherein an average particle diameter thereof is 100-300μm and partial partition efficiency of D75/D25 is 1.052.5, to 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin having an average polymerization degree of 1000-2500. A film, which is composed of 40-70 wt.% methyl methacrylate, 5-30 wt.% hydroxyalkyl(methacrylate)compound, 0-20 wt.%α,βunsaturated carboxylic acid containing one or more carboxyl groups in a molecule and an acrylic resin obtained by copolymerizing other vinyl monomers copolymerizable therewith, is formed on one or both sides of the vinyl chloride film.
