PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the direct visual observation of rust even when rust is generated in the lower end section of a decorative steel plate. SOLUTION: The decorative cover 10 is arranged under a vertical state so as to cover a section between the vertical frame 30 of the vestibule, to which the side edge section of an entrance door 20 is installed, and the end section of an exterior-wall panel 40. The decorative cover 10 has a decorative cover body 11 constituted in a hollow square pipe shape, and an outer circumferential surface exposed to the outdoor side in the decorative cover body 11 is covered with a decorative steel plate 12 mounted on the decorative cover body 11. A cap 13 is set up onto the base of the decorative cover body 11 under the state, in which the cap 13 is abutted against the base of the decorative steel plate 12, and a section between the flange section 13d of the cap 13 and the surface of the lower end section of the decorative steel plate 12 is filled with a sealing material 14 extending over the whole.
