PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary structural material, by which movement and housing are conducted advantageously by utilizing an existing building frame and new scaffold and timbering having excellent withstand-load bearing strength can be constructed. SOLUTION: The horizontal material 3 of an existing building frame is divided at a central place in the cross direction and building-frame half bodies 12 are formed, and connecting frames 15 consisting of horizontal materials 13 and reinforcing materials 14 are attached rotatably to the vertical columns 2 of the building-frame half bodies 12 and folding frames 11 are formed. The four folding frames 11 are used and the building-frame half bodies 12 and the connecting frames 15 are opened at right angles and the building-frame half bodies 12 are arranged on the four sides so that the state of the original building frame is brought at that time, and the base body of a temporary structure as a scaffold and a timbering can be built by combining the end sections of the horizontal materials 3 of the adjacent building-frame half bodies 12 by connecting means 20 installed at the mutual end sections and uniting the end sections of the horizontal materials 13 of the adjacent connecting frames 15 by the connecting means 20 mounted at the mutual end sections.
