PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain good drainage by providing a drain upper portion member equipped with a collar, a drain lower portion member which is threaded with the drain upper portion member with a drain hole in a eaves gutter sandwiched between the two members, and a drain notch through which water passes to the collar portion. SOLUTION: A drain notch 10 for passing water is provided in a collar 4 in a drain for eaves gutter where a drain upper member 1 with the collar 4 is screwed to a drain lower member 7 through the drain upper member and a drain hole 8 in a eaves gutter 6. Thus, the drain upper member 1 can be attached at the collar 4 without deviating the drain upper member 1, and the drain can be fixed definitely to the drain hole 8 of the eaves gutter 6 by screwing the drain upper member 1 to the drain lower member 7. And water entered the inside of the drain upper member 1 is drained definitely through the drain hole 8, and even water flows to the vicinity of the collar 4, water is able to pass through the drain notch 10. And water can be all drained from the drain hole 8.
