PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize consumption of chemicals by providing a junction in the vicinity of a discharging outlet of a nozzle tip. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a junction 3 where a main passage 1 supplying water and a chemicals-passage 2 supplying chemicals for the private parts join together and a nozzle 4 jetting water supplied from the junction 3 to the private parts. The junction 3 is provided in the vicinity of the discharge outlet 5 of the nozzle tip. In this way, when the junction 3 where water is mixed with chemicals is arranged at the vicinity of the discharge outlet 5 of the nozzle tip, since washing water of both water and water mixture does not almost stagnate, when prior and posterior users choose different water from each other, there in no such an inconvenience tht requested washing water is supplied after stagnated water has been discharged from the nozzle 4. Accordingly, even when a user who does not use a chemical uses the sanitary washing device, the consumption of chemicals can be minimized.
