PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by oppositely arranging right and left buckets to be rotatable around right and left hinges and turning up the scooping opening while scooping up sand. SOLUTION: Right and left buckets 1 are arranged to be rotatable around two hinges 5 symmetrically provided at right and left sides within a range shown by an arrow R, and pulled up as shown by the arrow mark L after excavation of sand. The scooping opening is turned up when the bucket 1 scoops sand lest the bucket cutter edges be joined at the vertical position when excavating sand and timber or the like be caught as conventional cases. When it is necessary, a cover 10 is provided to cover the scooping opening of the bucket 1 when the bucket 1 has scooped up sand so that sand does not easily leak out of the bucket. And further, a skirt made of a flexible material is attached to the periphery of the cover 10 to further prevent sand leaking from the bucket 1 from diffusing into water and prevent turbidity in water. In this way, scooped sand is prevented from leaking into water out of the gap of the bucket cutter edges because of timber or the like caught by the cutter edges.
