PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust height to a desired level by use of a fine adjustment mechanism approximately properly during a snow removing work, to eliminate the need of such a control device as required in the case of using a conventional elevator cylinder for a mechanical lock system, and to simplify and inexpensively constitute a structure. SOLUTION: A rotary fulcrum shaft 85 is laid approximately at the lengthwise center of a crawler travel device and a machine A is held on the center of the rotary fulcrum shaft 85 elevatably and turnably, thereby forming a snow remover. In this case, an expansible cylinder 43 is provided between the machine A and the crawler travel device, and a mechanical rock 44 is provided for fixing a cylinder rod 42 at an arbitrary position. At the same time, a fine height adjustment mechanism is installed at one side of the mechanical rock 44.
