PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asphalt waste material treatment method capable of shortening a work time, maintaining sufficient strength and restraining the generation of industrial wastes. SOLUTION: This method involves the parallel implementation of a process for cutting and removing an asphalt pavement layer; a process for crushing asphalt wastes resulting from the cutting and removing process and forming paving particles; a process for adding a curing agent to the paving particles for forming an asphalt recycled material having viscosity; and a process for placing the asphalt recycled material to ground with the pavement layer removed an forming a recycled asphalt pavement layer.
