PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visibility of a fork tip part by changing a layout of oil pressure piping and improve inspection and maintenance performance by changing a mounting position of a flow regulating valve. SOLUTION: A fork mover device in a forklift is provided with a pair of left and right forks 11a, 11b engaging a board part 65, hydraulic cylinders 67a, 67b installed in the board part 65 via one side ends and in the pair of left and right forks 11a, 11b via the other side ends and arranged apart from each other vertically, and oil pressure piping 35a, 35b arranged within the outside diameter width of cylinder tubes for the hydraulic cylinders 67a, 67b so as to feed pressure oil from an oil source to head chambers and bottom chambers in the hydraulic cylinders 67a, 67b.
