PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a handcart type carrying truck floated up by the air which can prevent the posture disorder of a truck frame to the utmost even if there is an uneven part on a floor surface slightly and the straight travelling of whose truck frame is maintained easily. SOLUTION: A truck frame 1, for placing an article, constituted in a nearly rectangular shape in a plane view, air float up devices 12a, 12b for floating up the truck frame 1 from the floor surface by a pneumatic pressure and an air generator for supplying the air for floating up to the air float up devices 12a, 12b are provided. The air float up devices 12a, 12b are provided near the four corners of the lower surface of the truck frame 1 and idling wheels rotated while contacting to the floor surface are provided near the cross point of the diagonals L1, L2 combining four corners of the lower surface of the frame 1 and a switching means for switching the action posture for push- pressingly energizing the idling wheel for the floor surface and contacting to the non-action posture for separating from the floor surface is provided.
