PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notice plate that can be held without interrupting the indication content of notice matter, and detach the notice matter with ease. SOLUTION: One part of a transparent synthetic resin-made plate 2 is formed into a notice matter retaining part by disposing a magnetic body 3 having an extremely reduced diameter in comparison with the board on its rear surface so as to retain notice matter between it and the magnetic body surface. Then, another part of the plate adjacent the notice matter retaining part is made into a press part with a tapered surface 5a that becomes thin as being moved toward the tip end. When the notice matter is attraction-held or an attracted notice matter is removed, the press part lying in a space defined between it and the magnetic body surface is pressed in the direction of the magnetic body surface to be in contact with the magnetic body surface, thereby permitting the notice matter retaining part to be freely moved away and toward the magnetic body surface so as to make an interstice between the notice matter retaining part and the magnetic body surface.
