PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method of a shell core, with which the shell core having high strength is obtd. and the recycling of the used shell sand can be realized while reducing the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: This molding method is provided with a shell sand filling process for filling the shell sand (a) into a metallic mold 1 for shell sand, a hardening process for hardening the outside part of the shell sand (a) filled in the shell mold filling process to the specified thickness by heating the metallic mold 1 for shell sand in a specific time, a discharging process for discharging the shell sand (a) which is not hardened in the inner part, in the shell sand (a) filled in the metallic mold 1 for shell sand and an original sand filling process for filling the original sand (b) into a cavity forming with the discharging process in the metallic mold 1 for shell sand.
