PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fit a top plate in a horizontal state and to make height adjustable even after fitting the top plate. SOLUTION: This counter height adjusting structure is provided with a first bolt fitting part 13 provided on the lower side of a top plate 11 a second bolt fitting part 14 disposed on the upper side of a leg part 12 in conformity to the first bolt fitting part 13; and adjusting bolts 16 interposed between the first bolt fitting part 13 and the second bolt fitting part 14. The adjusting bolts 16 are fixed to either one (13) of the first and second bolt fitting parts 13, 14, and the adjusting bolts 16 are movably passed through the other bolt fitting part 14. The other bolt fitting part 14 is then clamped by two nuts 18, 18 threadly engaged with the adjusting bolts 16.
