PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter device of simple structure for forming perforations and cutting at high speed for the subdivision pack forming perforations and cutting at a heat sealing section of a subdivision pack packaging material in which a powder agent is sealed dividedly into continuous films. SOLUTION: A cutter device is constituted of a cutter main body 2 with a perforation blade and a cutting blade 22 and a rotating blade 32 with its edge facing the edges of the above blades and close to them on a base 20, and the perforation blade 21 of the cutter main body 2 is fixed on the base, and the cutting blade 22 is mounted slidably with the upper face of the perforation blade 21 as a guide face and connected movably forward and backward with a pushing and moving means 24 fixed on the base 20, and the blade of the cutting plate 22 is in involution with the edge of the rotating blade at the time of cutting a heat sealing section.
