The invention relates to stomatology, in particular to devices for fixation of total dental prostheses. The intermaxillary arc contains two elements 1, 2 for fixation of the mandible and maxilla into the prostheses bases, and are joined between each other by means of a plane spiral spring 10. The element 2 for fixation into the mandible prosthesis base is made in the form of a lever on the end of which it is freely mounted a contacting ball 3. The lever is mounted with the possibility of rotating into the cylindrical body 5, rigidly fixed on the axle 7, onto which is installed a drum 8 with a hub 9. The hub 9 is rigidly joined with the element 1 for fixation into the mandible prosthesis base. One end of the spring 10 is embedded into the drum 8, and the other one - onto the axle 7. The technical result consists in the application of forces into the prostheses symmetry axis points, in decreasing the friction between the prosthesis and the contact point of the lever, and in the possibility of regulating the force between the prostheses.
