PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prepare a readily water-dispersible oil-added formulation contg. an oil component at a high concn. and having stability over a long period of time by adding the oil component to an O/W emulsion contg. an emulsified and dispersed oil-soluble sucrose fatty acid ester. SOLUTION: The O/W emulsion contg. an emulsified and dispersed oil-soluble sucrose fatty acid ester is an aq. emulsion contg. about 1-50 wt.%, preferably about 5-40 wt.% oil-soluble sucrose fatty acid ester. The oil-soluble sucrose fatty acid ester is preferably the ester of an about 6-22C fatty acid and sucrose and the HLB of the ester is <=7, preferably about <=5. The oil component added to the aq. emulsion is a water-insoluble oil material selected from a wide range and is not particularly limited. The weight ratio of the oil component to the oil-soluble sucrose fatty acid ester is 0.1-5, preferably about 0.5-3. |
