PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely project a treatment tool without puncturing a balloon by arranging a treatment tool rising stand and a ultrasonic vibrator so as to position the treatment tool rising stand at a distal side of the ultrasonic wave vibrator in front and rear and disposing them at a distal end of an inserting portion. SOLUTION: A treatment tool rising stand 12 is arranged so as to be freely rotatable with a shaft 13 supported to a distal end main body 1 as a center and the distal end of an operation wire 14 which is operated forward and backward by remote operation from a handle connected to this side end part of the inserting portion is connected to the treatment tool rising stand 12. As a result, the stand 12 is rotated around the shaft 13 as a center by the forward and backward operation of the operation wire 14 by the operating part so that the range of the projecting direction of a treatment tool distal end is optionally adjusted from the oblique front part of the distal end main body 1 till a side part being almost perpendicular against an axial line. A ultrasonic probe 15 for obtaining the ultrasonic tomographic image of the distal end of the distal end main body 1 is arranged next to a treatment tool projecting port 11 in front and rear and also behind it to direct an ultrasonic originating/receiving direction to the side part.
