PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an electromagnetic wave-shielding woven fabric for clothes having a required degree of electromagnetic wave-shielding function, and excellent in touch, surface feeling and fashion. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave-shielding yarn is obtained by twisting a combination of a conductive fiber prepared by plating silver on nylon filament and a synthetic fiber or a natural fiber on a spinning stage or a twisting stage. By using the electromagnetic wave-shielding yarn, a structural composition of double weaving or multi weaving is obtained, wherein the electromagnetic wave-shielding yarn is placed on the reverse side or in the middle layer of the structural composition of double weaving or multi weaving.
