PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a curable organopolysiloxane material which is an addition- crosslinkable material having adjustable pot life and crosslinking rate by incorporating (A) a compd. having a group having aliph. carbon-carbon multiple bonds and (B) an organopolysiloxane having Si-bonded hydrogen atoms, or, in place of ingredients A and B. (C) an organopolysiloxane having Si-bonded hydrogen atoms and SiC-bonded groups having aliph. carbon-carbon multiple bonds, together with (D) a platinum catalyst, into the same. SOLUTION: The compd. having a group having multiple bonds is a silicon- free org. compd. or organosilicon compd. having at least two aliph. unsatd. groups. The organopolysiloxane is a hydrogen-functional organosilicon compd. used in the addition-crosslinkable material. The platinum catalyst is represented by formula I, II, or III. (wherein, R2 is a 1-24C monovalent hydrocarbon group having halogen, H, hydroxyl, -CN, or -SCN bonded to P directly or through O, N or S; R5 is a 1-24C divalent hydrocarbon group; and e >= 1). A bis(alkynyl) bis(triphenylphosphane)platinum complex is pref.
