PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spouting nozzle for improving its spouting characteristic when the nozzle is installed at a bag and further provide a bag having a feeding-out nozzle installed therein. SOLUTION: There is provided a spouting nozzle 1 comprised of a cylinder 2 having a section expanding from a small inner diameter part toward a large diameter part in a tapered state and a rod-like member 3 in which a liquid flow passage can be formed while a certain clearance is being left against the cylinder 2. The rod-like member 3 is enclosed in the cylinder 2 in such a way that its head section may be protruded out of the cylinder 2. Further, when the rod-like member 3 is moved toward the small inner diameter section of the cylinder 2, a part of the clearance between the cylinder 2 and the rod-like member 3 or entire clearance is closed and the liquid flow passage is sealingly closed.
