PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health appliance for soles that compressively stimulates both a region of soles to be stimulated softly and a region to be stimulated relatively strongly simultaneously and is useful to prevent and correct hallux valguses and bowlegs. SOLUTION: A base 1 has about both ends on its surface conical protrusions 2 and 2' whose place associated with roughly the middle of soles is upheaved most to have a gently sloping summit. The conic sections to the toes have a slightly smaller downgrade angle than the other conic sections to form nose- shaped protrusions 3 and 3' extending up to near Yusen, an effective spot on the kidney meridian on the soles. The right-hand protrusion 2 is provided with another protrusion 4 for stimulating the reflex region for the liver of the right sole especially strongly more than other parts.
