PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comfortably warm the skin to improve blood circulation and to promote health with a skin warmer consisting of an electric heat generating source and a thermally conductive material which transmits heat to the skin by coming into contact with the skin covering the entire outside surface of this heat generating source by forming the outer cover of the heat generating part of a metal. SOLUTION: The skin warmer is constituted by using a synchronous motor 1 as the electric heat generating source and enclosing this motor with the thermally conductive material 2 so as to cover the entire outside surface thereof. Such skin warmer is produced by incorporating a hardener into, for example, 50g unsatd. polyester resin, then mixing 220 g dolomite powder fully passed through 40 mesh and putting the mixture into a form, then submerging the synchronous motor 1 with a cord 3, of which the enclosure is formed of the metal, into the central part of the mixture, solidifying the mixture and then removing the form. According to such skin warmer, the back and the abdomen may be warmed with comfortable warmth even in a mid-summer or hot season and the blood circulation may be promoted.
