PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet waterproof method excellent in safety and work efficiency without having the pollution of the environment, a new waterproof sheet used for the method and a hot wind pressure welding machine. SOLUTION: A waterproof method is so constituted that a waterproof sheet is laid to the substrate surface directly or through an insulation sheet. Then, by using the waterproof sheet formed of sheets 1 and 2 having both front and rear sides of polymer material with olefin thermoplastic elastomer as main ingredients, the waterproof sheet is fixed to the substrate surface or the upper surface of the insulation sheet and, at the same time, both ends of the waterproof sheet are connected to each other by means of a wind pressure welding machine.
