PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of an outboard engine, having a simple structure and capable of straight arranging a feed water pipe. SOLUTION: In this cooling structure of an outboard engine, cooling water is taken in by a water pump 2, guided to a rising water jacket 23 formed in an oil pan 11 through a feed water pipe 21, guided to a water jacket formed on the periphery of an engine to cool respective parts of the engine, and discharged through a return water passage 24 formed in the oil pan 11. A cooling water communication passage 22 is integrally formed with the oil pan 11 between the feed water pipe 21 and the rising water jacket 23, an inserting port 26 of the feed water pipe 21 is formed on one end of the cooling water communication passage 22, and this inserting port 26 is formed on the lower surface of the oil pan 11 approximately just above a cooling water discharging port 20a of the water pump 20.
