PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antislipping agent composition having an excellent antislipping property, scarcely staining a target surface brought into contact with the antislipping agent, maintaining a high antislipping property even in the presence of water under a high humidity, and useful for processed metal products, etc. by adding inorganic hollow particles, etc. to an aqueous resin. SOLUTION: This antislipping agent composition is obtained by adding inorganic hollow particles or hollow particles coated with an inorganic powdery material to an aqueous resin. The aqueous resin preferably comprises an aqueous emulsion obtained by the emulsion polymerization of anα,β-ethylenic unsaturated monomer having a glass transition point of <=40 deg.C, and preferably contains the hollow particles in an amount of 0.1-30 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the solid content of the resin. The hollow particles preferably have a particle diameter of, for example, 10-400μm, and the inorganic powdery material is preferably titanium dioxide, etc.
