PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a statically curable rubber elastomer. SOLUTION: This elastomer material includes a blend comprising 100 pbw of amorphous CPE, 12-150 pbw of a crystalline thermoplastic polyolefin resin, and 5-150 pbw of a plasticizer. This material can be processed in a tightly sealed mixer and transferred to the rotary rolls for a rolling machine for rubber, while the resin components are plasticized, and rolled into a continuous sheet.
