PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an open-end spinning machine, especially its fiber-guiding passage. SOLUTION: This open-end spinning machine 1 is installed with a spinning rotor 3 and its spinning cup is capable of revolving with a high number of revolution in a rotor casing 2 capable of being closed by a fiber passage-plate and attracting. The open-end spinning machine is installed with a fiber-guiding passage 14 arranged between an opening device and the spinning cup and the fiber-guiding passage has a wall partition having an enhanced coefficient of friction. The fiber-guiding passage 14 has two passage sections 29 and 30 and each of their walls has a different roughness. The wall of the entrance side passage section 29 has much greater roughness (Rt) than that of the exit side passage section 30.
