PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polymer composition having high melt adhesiveness to a lowly polar polymer, a highly polar polymer, and other materials, a laminate structure having a layer of this composition, and a hot melt adhesive. SOLUTION: This composition comprises 50-90 wt.% (I) thermoplastic polyurethane obtained by reacting a polymer polyol having a number-average molecular weight of 500-10,000 with an organic diisocyanate and a chain extender and 50-10 wt.% (II) block copolymer comprising (A) polymer blocks comprising olefin monomer units and (B) polymer blocks comprising (meth)acrylic acid monomer units and/or aromatic vinyl monomer units.
