PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet which is excellent in strength and can be reduced in weight. SOLUTION: A grid member 4 is formed of a plurality of upper wires 6 and lower wires 7 which are orthogonal to one another, and first and second reinforcing members 8, 9 are provided on the grid member 4, wherein a part of the lower wires 1 serve also as the second reinforcing member 9 and the first reinforcing member 8 intersect below the lower wire 7 and the second reinforcing member 9 to be directed in the same direction as an upper support member 6. When a center of the pallet is flexed downward by a load W, the upper wire 6 is compressed along an axial direction while the first reinforcing member 8 extends along the axial direction, so that a stress in a compression direction functions to the upper wire 6 and a stress in a stretching direction functions to the first reinforcing member 8.
