PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a positioning between the main face of a seal and its sub- face by a method wherein an annular fixing part, which is provided integral with a printing piece holder, is fixed by pressure to a shelf part provided on a main body inner wall surface by means of a member consisting of a main ink occluding body, a main printing body and a retainer. SOLUTION: A printing piece holder 7 has an annular fixing part 8 so as to surely hold by abuttingly fitting the short pieces of a piece holder 9 abuttingly fitted to grooves 12 to incisions in order to surely transmit a sealing force at a sealing, resulting in obtaining a clear print of a seal. At an assembling, a sub-face of a seal can be surely assembled without jolting. Since the incisions are provided every 60 deg., the easy positioning between a main face of a seal and a sub-face of a seal becomes possible. Further, since the notches 18 of a main body are provided normal to the incisions opposing to each other, the positioning between a grip part 17 and the face of a seal becomes easy and, at the same time, sure.
