PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a production yield of a print part by detachably setting a middle supporting member to which a print head is fixed by bonding on a state relatively movable with respect to a print medium. SOLUTION: A recording head of the ink-jet printer is set on a guide member so as to move in a horizontal scan direction perpendicular to a vertical scan direction of a recording paper. The recording head consists of four head units 802-808 corresponding to cyan, magenta, yellow and black colors respectively which are fixed to a casing 810 with screws 812. Each head unit 802-808 consists of a print head 822 and a middle supporting member 842. The middle supporting member 842 is formed to be a schematically rectangular frame-like member. A part of the print head 822 having an outer peripheral shape conforming to an inner peripheral shape of a hollow part of the frame-like member is inserted in the hollow part until one face of a flange part 823 of the print head abut on one face of the middle supporting member 842.
