PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a cover and to prevent generation of wrinkles by making the widths of an intermediate layer rubber sheet and an outermost layer rubber sheet among tread rubber sheets wide enough to completely cover both end parts of the upper and lower halves of a tread, respectively. SOLUTION: A tread 5 is laminated on the outside in the radial direction of the crown part of a case 1. Namely, tread rubber sheets are wound/laminated in turn on the outside in the radial direction of the crown part of the case 1, and a tire having the tread of a desired cross-sectional shape is formed. The widths of an intermediate layer rubber sheet S1 and the outermost layer rubber sheet S2 among numbers of tread rubber sheets which form the tread 5 are made wide enough to completely cover both end parts of the lower half 51 and upper half 52 of the tread 5, respectively, both end parts of the lower half 51 of the tread 5 is covered with the intermediate rubber sheet S1, and both end parts of the upper half of the tread 5 is covered with the outermost layer rubber sheet S2.
