PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin sheet by integrally laminating thermoplastic resin sheets onto each other under the condition that no void is developed in the interface between the fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin sheet and the thermoplastic sheet not through the application of an adhesive but through a heat fusion welding. SOLUTION: After the lamination of a thermoplastic resin sheet B onto one side of a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin A, which is prepared by integrating a fiber reinforcing layer and a thermoplastic resin, and the tight contact lamination of a synthetic resin film C, which does not heat fusion welded to the thermoplastic resin sheet B and, at the same time, the fusing temperature of which is higher than both the thermoplastic resin sheets A and B or which does not fuse with the sheets A and B, with the thermoplastic resin sheet B in advance, a thermoplastic resin sheet B/synthetic resin film C-laminate D is laminated in the order of the fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin sheet A/the thermoplastic resin sheet B/the synthetic resin film C so as to be heat fusion weldable the resin layer of the fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin sheet A with that of the thermoplastic resin sheet B. At the same time, the synthetic resin film C integrally fusion welded with the resin sheets at the temperature, at which no fusion welding occurs.
