PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make always performable excellent massage without peeling a peripheral edge of an elastic projecting part because the peripheral edge is pressed by the mouth edge of an opening of an inside annular pressing plate, even if a torsional force works on the elastic projecting part. SOLUTION: On a drive shaft 9 to be rotated by a motor, a pair of massaging rollers 16 inclined in opposite directions are mounted. The massaging rollers 16 are constituted of massaging bases 17 rotating integrally with the drive shaft 9 and loosening rotation parts which are freely rotatably mounted on outer peripheries of the massaging bases 17. The loosening rotation part is constituted of an outside annular pressing plate 20, an inside annular pressing plate 21 having a plurality of openings 42, 43 of different sizes and a massaging body 22 having elastic projecting parts 44, 45 of different sizes which are held by both of these annular pressing plates 20, 21 and are projected inward from the openings 42, 43.
