PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assuredly attach a shaft for paper with no core inserted into a toilet paper roll with no core to the inside surface of a paper holder main body at one touch. SOLUTION: The shaft for a paper roll with no core inserted into a hole part provided in the center of tolet paper roll with no core can be attached to a paper holder 1. On the inside surfaces 2a of a paper holder main body 2, right and left guide parts 6 for guiding the shaft for the paper roll with no core are provided. A shaft attaching part 8 for attaching the shaft for the paper with no core is provided adjacently to the front ends of the guide parts 6.
