PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pad for cold insulating the breasts which enhances an antiphlogistic and analgesic effect by loosening the stiffness of the women's breasts in a lactation period and is simply and easily usable anytime by providing the small hemispherical pad with a cold insulating agent layer. SOLUTION: The pad 1A for cold insulating the breasts is formed to an approximately hemispherical shape and is internally disposed and fixed with the cold insulating agent layer 2 which is formed by enveloping a cold insulating agent consisting of a gelatinous material or gelatinizing agent or the like with a soft synthetic resin sheet. The pad is also formed of a front surface layer 3 consisting of a fabric of rayon, etc., and a rear surface layer 4 consisting of a fabric of cotton, etc. The pad 1A for cold insulating the breasts is interposed between a brassiere and the breast and is capable of holding the breast in the inner side and cooling the entire part of the breast. When the cold insulating agent warms, the pad is cooled by putting the pad into a refrigerator or the like and is repetitively used. The front surface layer 3 consists of paper, woven fabrics, nonwoven fabrics, etc., and the cold insulating agent of the cold insulating agent layer 2 consists of a gelatinous material, such as glue or starch, a freezing agent consisting of a mixture composed of water and >=1 kinds of salts, etc., or a mixture composed of the freezing agent, the gelatinous material and the gelatinizing agent.
