1. The stoning device is designed especially for stoning cherries. It consists of a stone cutter and a pan with cylindrical body and an expanding bell-shaped top. The body contains a double drum with cylindrical walls, mounted axially to allow it to rotate with respect to the pan axis. The top part of the drum with larger diameter is equipped with punches, guided by the cam attached to the pan in its axis. The bottom part of the drum with smaller diameter is equipped with axially fixed ring-shaped matrix, with niches for fruits. The pan has an outlet opening at the bottom, which opens into the stone container. Unique characteristics: It is equipped with cutting-off inserts (8) with openings (51), located at the bottom surface of the ring-shaped matrix (7) under the cutting-off openings (43) of the niches (14) in the matrix (7), which cooperate with the punches (5). The matrix (7) is connected through the depositing opening (44) and the inlet (42) to the external surface of the base sleeve (30) with the inlet opening (31). The external surface protrudes axially from the bottom surface of the drum (4). In the pot (3), there is a feeding-diverting insert (10), mounted on the slideways (35) of the feeding socket (34), below the face of step (32) of the drum (4). |
