The sample extraction device uses an extraction line (3) coupled between a feed line (3) for the milk and a sample container (4) and a variable dosing pump (9). The extraction line is coupled via a further line (6) containing the dosing pump to a milk container (8), the direction of rotation of the pump being reversible, to allow the milk to be fed from the feed line to the milk container during a first phase and for delivering the sample from the milk container to the sample container during a second phase. Respective valves are incorporated in the extraction line before and after the further line. |
