PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stainproofing agent for the prevention of the contamination of the surface of a treating object such as various optical parts with fingerprint, sebum, sweat, cosmetic, etc. by using an organic silane compound as a component. SOLUTION: The objective stainproofing agent contains an organic silane compound of the formula, Rf-(OC3F6)n-O-(CF2)m-(CF2)1-OOCNH-(CH2)s-Si3(OR3) (Rf is a 1-16C perfluoroalkyl; (n) is 1-50; (m) is 0-3; (l) is 0-3; (s) is 1-6; 6>=m+1>0; and R is a 1-10C alkyl). The above stainproofing agent is impregnated in a porous molded article made of e.g. SiO2, TiO2, ZrO2, MgO, Al2O3, etc., heated and evaporated in vacuum e.g. by resistance heating, EB heating, light heating, etc. to form a coating film on the treating object (e.g. optical lens, lens of camera and binocular, etc.), and, as necessary, the formed coating film is subjected to heating, moisturizing, ultraviolet irradiation, electron beam irradiation, etc. to form a stainproofing layer. |
